Altering appearance of Linesplan Drawings ?

Is the border and title block layout for the Linesplans a template file, and if so is it possible to adjust or change the appearance of same to create a personalised style / appearance ?

No, the border and title block layout for the linesplan is not a template file, it is drawn at when the linesplan is created based on the page size and orientation, margins, and text size.
