Orca3D toolbar in Rhino 5 WIP

When I run Rhino 5 WIP, there is a notice:

Rhinoceros 5.0 PlugInManager Loading Error
LoadPlugIn cannot be called while a plug-in is being loaded.

I can see Orca3D in menubar but without toolbar.
How to show Orca toolbar?

T-Splines also started without toolbar. But I found the function "load toolbar". Now, it works well.

McNeel has identified this as a Rhino issue, and plans to fix it in the next Rhino 5 WIP release. Please download and install the new WIP when it is released.
