Hi!
The help section about moving a license using removeable media says that you need to have the same version of Orca3d installed on both pc. We didn't read that note and now we don't know how to restore the license.
Is there a solution?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,

Please send an email to support@orca3D.com with your license code number and we can reset the license code on our end.

In the future, the easiest way to move a license code is to de-activate the license on the first computer using the Internet De-Activation tab of the license manager.  This will return the license code to the license server.  You can then use the Internet Activation tab of the license manager to activate the license on the new computer.

Best Regards,

Justin
