Holtrop - Orca3D error with null initial speed (low priority)

When starting Holtrop calculation with a null speed, you get the following error
Orca3D Error
Drag Prediction Library encountered an error.
Location: Build Ct-based drag
Cause: Speed
Please check input parameters and try again.

It is easy for the user to correct initial speed but it would be better to get a null drag at null speed.
