Is there a way (fast and easy) to visualize the waterlines for several heel angles ?
I would like to check them after hydrostatics calculations. Maybe just some layers Waterline, Waterline 05, ..., Waterline 25.

The best way to do it is to enter a single heel angle, and check the box that says "Transform model to resultant flotation plane." Then any waterlines that you cut will be at the heeled/trimmed/sunk condition.

You would have to do this for each heel angle as a separate step.

If you're mostly interested in the design waterline, then you can enter as many heel angles as you want, but check the box that says "Add plane representing water surface." Then to visualize the resulting waterlines, either view the hull in shaded mode, or intersect those planes with the hull surface.

These two approaches will give you the true shape, including the effects of trim. If, however, you just want to see the heeled waterlines (without trim), you could define diagonals at the desired heel angles.

Orca3D doesn't currently do this, but I could envision a function whereby at each equilibrium condition (heel angle, or flotation plane height, or weight/cg equilibrium), a new layer would be created with a copy of the sections (stations, buttock, and waterlines) in that condition. Of course, once we make the hydrostatics command scriptable, it would be very easy to write a script to do this.
