Modelling - control net management

Several useful control net management functions are provided by Rhino:
- insertcontrolpoint will insert a full row or column into a surface's control net (Edit > Control point > Insert Edit Point - nb: inserts a single line of control points)
- removecontrolpoint will remove a full row or column from a surface's control net (Edit > Control point > Remove Edit Point - nb: removes a single line of control points)
- moveUVN allows moving one or more control points along the surface's u or v direction, or normal to the surface (nb: moving a control point normal to the surface gives numerical control upon surface deformation)
