Is there a way to import an existing table of offsets and have It draw sections, waterlines, buttocks or other curves?

Joe:

Orca3D does not have a function to read an offset table. However, Rhino itself can read an ascii file with X,Y,Z point data (File/Import/Points File). Once the points are imported, you could easily create curves through them.

Our hull modeling philosophy is strongly oriented towards surfaces, and specifically direct manipulation of the control points to create and shape the surface, rather than lofting curves to create the surface. The latter approach leads to over-specified and unfair shapes.

But, if you simply need to run hydrostatics on existing offsets (and therefore don't care about fairness), then the approach of reading in the offsets, creating curves through them and then lofting a surface through the curves is a good one.
