RhinoMarine Technical Support

As a courtesy to RhinoMarine users, we will provide limited technical support and replacement Site Keys, through the end of 2010. What do we mean by "limited?" Basically, we will provide as much guidance as we can in the use of the software, but since we do not have access to the source code, we cannot fix any bugs or add any features. Some questions will be impossible to answer without the source code, but we will do the best we can. The information below is provided as a courtesy by DRS Defense Solutions Advanced Technology Center (ATC), with the permission of Alion Science and Technology, to those that have a RhinoMarine license. RhinoMarine is a product of Alion Science and Technology, and the ATC accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or fitness of the software or the information provided below.

If you lose your Site Key because of a hard disk crash or a move to a new computer, we will provide a replacement Site Key. We are not authorized by Alion to provide Site Keys for new licenses, only replacements for existing users, so first we'll need to establish that you have a RhinoMarine license, using the records that have been provided to us, a copy of your invoice or receipt, or information from your reseller confirming your purchase. In addition to this information, please be sure to provide your Site Code to us.
